I have had the opportunity to live in numerous places and with each home I have always had a service contract for my air conditioning and heating systems for almost 50 years . Recently, I moved to another home a little over a year ago and shortly afterwards I entered into an agreement with JMR Brothers Heating and Cooling to provide annual service maintenance on my equipment. . Within a couple of weeks of the purchase of my property Mr. Rick Terra, the owner of the firm made a personal visit to my home and check out my systems. I have now had my first maintenance check on my equipment and that service was performed by Mr. Murl Boyd. As noted at the outset of these comments I have had service contracts with numerous companies wherever i was living at the time. Never in the past have I had such a thorough servicing of my equipment as provided by Mr Boyd. So many times the technicians are rushing to get in and out as fast as they possibly can. This was not the case with JMR's representative, Mr Murl Boyd. He arrived promptly at specified appointment time, took the time to explain what actions he was taking and answered all of my questions. Mr. Boyd was clearly the most professional and knowledgeable technician I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in close to 50 years of service contracts. The integrity and professionalism of the JMR team speaks to the quality of the owners, leadership and the highly trained employees. Thank you Mr. Boyd for your superior performance and professionalism.

We wanted to thank you for the professional job your company did on the installation of my new heating and air conditioning system. While doing the installation the workers were very conscientious of cleanliness of the work site and going in and out of my home. The installation was very professional. The workers made sure that they cleaned up any debris from the install and removal of the old system.
